Your Tasks

As our new Senior Business Analyst (f/m/d), you will drive the development of services and solutions for the international commodity markets. You will support business, regulatory, and infrastructural initiatives by assessing, analyzing, developing, and documenting solutions. This includes accompanying the solution towards successful implementation. You will build and maintain close and effective working relationships with (senior) stakeholders across business segments and corporate functions, coach team members, and manage efforts of third-party contractors and consultants. Your eagerness to learn, share, and collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds will help you contribute to the further development of our company, its products, and services. We value the exchange of ideas, mutual support, and continuous improvement — what we call the exchange mindset.

You Bring Along

• Degree in Business, Economics, or a comparable field, with previous experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Service Developer in financial services and/or commodity markets
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization; knowledge of business acceptance coordination is a plus
• Experience and willingness to work at the interface of various business areas
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders from operational staff to senior management
• Very good to excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal
