YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, managing, harmonizing, and phasing out IT services and processes within one or more segments. You will work closely in an Agile organization, collaborating with other experts to achieve common goals. Your activities will include:

1. Conducting data analysis and interviews, implementing measurement tools to gain insights on enhancing customer experience. Ensuring all proposed improvements and solutions are supported by data;
2. Enhancing processes to be customer-centric, maximizing value for both customers and the business;
3. Developing and implementing customer journey strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and defining product/service, process, and channel policies in accordance with regulations and compliance guidelines;
4. Gaining comprehensive insight into the customer journey by tracking satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality;
5. Utilizing expertise to develop new techniques, set monitoring standards, innovate products and processes, and improve existing ones;
6. Applying distribution knowledge to create and refine practices that set market standards;
7. Potentially serving as an external speaker and contributing to industry knowledge.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT with at least 5 years of professional experience;
• Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with varying priorities;
• Curiosity and dedication to understanding end-to-end product processes, staying current with market trends, risks, and product information;
• Understanding customer perspectives, empathizing with their needs, and anticipating expectations;
• Knowledge of methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMBOK is an asset;
• Experience with BPM governance via the PROMETA framework is a plus;
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders;
• Fluency in French and English is required.
