We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a passion for customer-centric innovation and a deep understanding of generative AI. In this role, you’ll translate complex business needs into actionable, AI-driven solutions using Adobe's cutting-edge technologies. You'll partner with clients to reimagine their creative and operational workflows, leading cross-functional efforts to design and implement scalable AI solutions that drive real business value.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

1. Lead the elicitation, definition, and prioritization of business requirements to enable impactful AI-powered solutions in the role of a Senior Business Analyst.
2. Align cross-functional stakeholders—technical, business, and leadership—around shared goals and clear requirements.
3. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, often anticipating them before they are fully articulated.

Client Engagement

1. Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders by leveraging deep expertise in Adobe platforms and AI implementation.
2. Facilitate workshops, story refinement sessions, and solution ideation tailored to client-specific use cases.
3. Translate technical capabilities into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.

Solution Development

1. Collaborate with Adobe product teams and technical consultants to ensure the feasibility and scalability of generative AI solutions.
2. Design end-to-end delivery processes, from requirement gathering through QA, to ensure high-quality implementation.
3. Support clients through the change management process required to successfully adopt AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Senior Business Analyst - Experience & Education

1. 5+ years in business analysis, consulting, product ownership, or solution architecture, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML.
2. Proven track record of leading successful enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives across industries.
3. Background in product ownership, creative direction, or content production is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

1. Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, diffusion models, and prompt engineering.
2. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Document Cloud, including their AI capabilities.
3. Familiarity with enterprise architecture, data governance, and system integration best practices.

Business Acumen

1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
2. Strong analytical mindset with experience in agile environments and tech-driven delivery.
3. Ability to influence and drive alignment across complex organizational landscapes.
