About this role

As a Business Analyst in our Key Cities Program, you will provide crucial analytical support to drive performance across our 15 most strategic cities worldwide. You'll work closely with the Global Key Cities Lead and Program Manager to identify insights, build performance dashboards, and support data-driven decision making.

In this role, you'll analyze city performance data, create regular reports, identify trends, and support the development of business cases for key initiatives. Your analytical skills will be essential in helping our team track progress and identify opportunities for growth.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Amsterdam or London office & 2 days working from home

Reporting to: Head of Commercial Strategy and Planning

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop and maintain performance dashboards tracking KPIs across all key cities
• Analyze city-level data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
• Create regular performance reports and conduct city-by-city benchmarking
• Support monthly/quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights
• Monitor competitive activity and market developments across key cities
• Collaborate with local teams to understand city-specific challenges
• Help evaluate the effectiveness of playbooks and frameworks
• Convert data into actionable recommendations for city teams

What will you bring to the table?

• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis
• Experience creating clear, compelling data presentations
• Ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
• Collaborative approach with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Intellectually curious with a proactive mindset
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics or food delivery is a plus
