Qualifikationen

• Verantwortlich für Buchungen und Kontenabstimmungen.
• Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.

We are looking for a Team Player in part-time, max 30 hours/week.

Are you FOND OF…

• ACCOUNTING? You are responsible for booking, recording, and verifying business transactions as well as account reconciliation of assets, receivables, and payables.
• AUDITS? You prepare our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and support the preparations for audits.
• REPORTINGS? You prepare tax and statistical reports and ensure timely processing. Additionally, you assist in creating business evaluations and reports.
• OPTIMIZATION? You convince us with your passion for our brands and your ideas to continuously develop our financial accounting processes.

• have completed a commercial apprenticeship,
• have at least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area, preferably in the fashion industry or e-commerce segment,
• have experience with ERP systems, ideally reybex,
• are proficient with MS Office products, especially Excel,
• possess excellent organizational skills,
• are detail-oriented and communicative,
• have a high sense of responsibility and reliability,
• are team-oriented and have a good sense of humor,
