How you will contribute

  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, and recommend action plans.
  • Manage marketing budget to maximize return on investment, monitoring spend and ensuring on-target delivery.
  • Develop the media strategy, and recommend, build, and deliver impactful marketing campaigns / plans across all touch points, ensuring brand consistency and consumer engagement while tracking performance through a clear set of recommended KPIs.
  • Lead the end-to-end development of the innovation and iPPA pipelines, including product launches and other product-change initiatives, to drive growth in a profitable way and at scale.
  • Partner with Finance, Category Planning, Supply Chain and Sales teams to recommend and deliver seamless in-market execution and maximize brand impact.
  • Lead, develop and manage a team

What you will bring

  • University degree: Business, Marketing
  • Relevant professional experience in the marketing department (8+ years) & in an international FMCG environment;
  • Solid experience on guiding teams to success; Very good track record on brand building, activation & product launches;
  • Ability to work with authonomy; Creative and open minded; Organizing and problem solving skills; Analytical and structured thinking; strong presentation and engagement skills
  • Skills on computer literacy, esp. MS Office;
  • English and German language skills.

Please note that this role is also suitable for part-time work.
