Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management:Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance Riverty’s corporate brand, including managing awareness, corporate identity, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints (e.g., Tone of Voice, Brand Book).

  • Campaign Development & Brand Engagement:Create and drive campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, and positive market perceptions, while measuring success using KPIs to inform future strategies.

  • Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal/external stakeholders to support product and growth marketing initiatives, ensuring successful execution and alignment with overall brand goals.

Your Skills:

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, along with solid experience in managing B2B and B2C brands and developing brand strategy, positioning, and identity.

  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate market trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives into effective, KPI-driven brand plans.

  • Creative and innovative approach to brand storytelling, messaging, and campaign development across digital channels such as social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, fluent in English and ideally one additional language (German, Dutch, or Swedish).
