Team

The Onboarding Team is part of the Business Development department, responsible for generating new business and revenue growth, significantly impacting the company's success.

We guide new partner banks through the final steps of the sales process and manage all onboarding aspects, including contractual, commercial, operational, reporting, and technical processes.

As a key contact point for new partner banks, we bridge their requirements with our internal teams (Legal, Operations, Product/Engineers) to ensure successful implementation.

Our diverse international team will train you on our tools and help you develop or acquire essential skills.

Tech Stack

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultant to the bank, understand their internal systems and requirements, and develop solutions collaboratively around onboarding.
• Represent Raisin during the final sales and onboarding stages, coordinating with the Business Development Director and system setup team.
• Challenge existing processes when appropriate and manage resources effectively—identify, mobilize, and deliver solutions, resources, personnel, and ideas organization-wide.
• Develop, refine, and scale onboarding, sales, and workshop materials and documentation across the organization.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in Business Development, Project, or Program Management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Jira and Confluence are a plus.
• Full professional fluency in English and French; German or other European languages are advantageous.
• At least 6 years of experience in consulting, FinTech, banking, finance, or B2B software companies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, law, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
