We are seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer with a strong backend focus to join our team in developing an internal AI-powered communication strategy platform. This platform aims to revolutionize how our consultants advise clients by providing comprehensive media analysis, data insights, and workflow optimization tools.

Your primary responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and maintaining the backend and API components of this system. Although the role emphasizes backend development, you will also contribute to frontend development to ensure seamless integration across the application. You will lead efforts in integrating advanced technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks, to create a powerful and intuitive tool for our consultants. Collaboration will be key, working closely with web development, data engineering teams, product designers, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing robust, scalable backend services.
2. Developing and securing RESTful APIs with OAuth, JWT, and third-party providers.
3. Containerizing applications and managing deployments on Google Cloud Platform.
4. Contributing to frontend development using Next.js, React.js, and Vercel.
5. Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and managing infrastructure as code with Terraform.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

This senior role requires a proven track record in backend development and DevOps, with experience in frontend tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience, including:

1. Designing and implementing scalable backend systems with a focus on performance and reliability.
2. Building and maintaining secure, well-documented RESTful APIs.
3. Deep understanding of cloud architectures and deployment on Google Cloud Platform.
4. Experience managing the entire application lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
5. Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and containerization technologies.
6. Experience with frontend development, particularly React.js or Next.js, and integrating backend services with UIs.
7. Experience working with AI and machine learning, especially in NLP and LLMs.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
