Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the bigger picture and proactively seek new problems and improvements.
• Mentor and promote software engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for AI-based 2D/3D computer vision and 3D mesh applications.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Establish best practices for backend architecture to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with industry experience OR High School Diploma/GED with extensive industry experience.
• Experience developing solutions in Python.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.

Additional helpful qualifications:

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure as code.
• Developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with C++ or C#.
• Team collaboration and culture building skills.
• Experience with ETL or data engineering solutions.

Work Details:

• Remote within Germany
• Travel up to 10% domestically/internationally
