Senior Backend Developer DevOps (m/f/d)

Your tasks are:

• Develop and maintain DevOps components and functionalities for heterogenous solutions.
• Ensure and constantly improve our processes – esp. organizational and technical scalability
• Deliver reusable application components that help monitor and control our CI procedures
• Transition from on-prem to cloud-based CI/CD
• Ensure consistency and proper use of our framework
• Consider technological evolution in CI/CD (such as Application Server Framework, Kubernetes Framework etc.)
• Perform software design and architecture reviews to evaluate and iterate the designs
• Work with both local and international product teams
• Provide 3rd level support on complex customer problems
• Ensure regular reporting regarding status and progress

You’ll bring in:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or an equivalent combination of education and working experience
• Several years of experience as a software developer
• Strong expertise in at least 3 of the following technologies: AWS, Jenkins, Github, SVN, Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Networking Infrastructure, Prometheus, JMeter, Grafana
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies
• Experience in software design, planning, and concept creation
• Very good English skills
