Manage and execute critical global business content & communications — from product announcements, to press releases, to annual global reports, to online mega-events, to annual global awards, and more. Lead your work within the Brand Marketing team for a fast-growing, profitable global sustainability SaaS decarbonizing the construction industry value chain (collectively contributing to roughly half the world’s carbon emissions).

This is an18-month fixed contractmaternity leave cover — ideally, October 01, 2025 start date.

You are a positive, energetic senior B2B SaaS Content & Communications professional with 8+ years of experience successfully planning and executing high-quality, intellectually rigorous work. (If you have an interest in technical sustainability regulatory topics, with a background in law or high-authority journalism, this is a huge plus!) You want to contribute to our ambitious net-zero targets and business goals. In addition to the Brand team, you'll work with our Growth and Regional Marketing teams — while collaborating closely with Product, Partnerships, Business Development, and Customer Success teams — to meet and exceed commercial targets for the construction & manufacturing sectors (with a focus on construction products).

One Click LCA is the leading sustainability platform for construction & manufacturing — used in over 170 countries, across +50,000 global construction projects, and trusted by the biggest names in industry (Schneider Electric, AECOM, Arcadis, etc).

You will report directly to the Global Brand Manager & Team Lead. You will join a supportive, effective, and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment. You will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and ownership in your role. It will be your responsibility to grow brand awareness, increase brand engagement, and generate high-quality business leads, collaborating cross-functionally across One Click LCA. Your role is to work alongside the team for best results, while taking full ownership of your content & communications projects, aligned with business needs. This can include press releases, annual reports, technical content, software platform product communications, researched guides and articles about regulatory topics, webinars, online events, videos, training, emails, social media, web pages, product pages, product announcements, infographics, and more.

This full-time, 18-month maternity leave coverage position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in European time zones.

What you will do:
  • Develop and execute content and communications campaigns that align with One Click LCA’s overall brand and marketing strategy
  • Ideate, research, write (or commission writing), edit, vet, publish, package, and promote long-form and short-form content — including articles, research reports, case studies, infographics, product landing pages, marketing emails, social media, ads, video scripts, presentations, webinars, internal communications, press releases, product announcements, online events, and more — you must also be comfortable writing for highly educated audiences, including PhDs of science or engineering
  • Work with product, partner, business development, consulting, brand, regional, and growth teams to launch or promote products, features, and integrations
  • Ensure SEO (and AI optimization) based on keyword research and best practices, utilized in order to make our high-quality research content discoverable online and in evolving AI search
  • Track and analyze the results of all your marketing output in order to understand its outcomes — to iterate, improve upon, and increase your impact
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and lean into new AI-driven tools
  • Stay abreast of global and regional construction sustainability competitors, requirements, regulations, and trends in order to identify relevant opportunities
What you need:
  • You bring 8+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience, with a proven ability to produce high-impact content across digital formats — and you’re always looking to learn, improve, and deliver meaningful results
  • You’re energized by working independently and collaboratively — managing your own projects with focus and accountability, while contributing to a caring, ambitious team culture
  • You have a strong command of English and write with clarity, purpose, and voice — from technical content to customer-facing messaging — always on-brand and audience-aware
  • You’re thoughtful and data-driven in your approach — testing, measuring, and learning from every campaign or piece of content you deliver
  • You’re passionate about making a positive impact, with an interest in sustainability, a curiosity about the construction sector, and a readiness to grow your expertise in the field
