FORTÉ sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft als Senior Project Manager für komplexe Medien- und Videokonferenzprojekte. Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung von Planung bis Abnahme und führen interdisziplinäre Teams. Standort: Frankfurt; Reisetätigkeit zum Kunden gehört dazu.

Qualifications

• Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Management technisch anspruchsvoller Projekte
• Hintergrund in AV-Myedia-Technik, Elektrotechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik oder verwandten Feldern
• Ganzheitliches Verständnis von technischen Zusammenhängen und Schnittstellen
• Führungserfahrung gegenüber Kunden, Partnern und internen Teams
• Strukturiertes, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit hohen Qualitätsstandards
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
• Innovationsfreude und Begeisterung für neue Technologien
• Bereitschaft zu Reisen zu Kundeneinsätzen
• Bereitschaft, komplexe Lösungen zügig zu erarbeiten und zu verantworten

Responsibilities

• Gesamtverantwortung für Planung bis Abnahme technischer Projekte im Bereich Medien- und Videokonferenztechnik
• Strukturierung komplexer Projekte, Kontrolle von Umfang, Meilensteinen, Ressourcen und Kosten
• Führung interdisziplinärer Teams aus Planern, Technikern und externen Partnern
• Vor-Ort-Aktivitäten wie Besichtigungen, Bauabnahmen und Bewertung technischer Bedingungen
• Koordination und Steuerung der termingerechten Umsetzung aller Arbeiten
• Begleitung der Abnahme mit dem Kunden und Erfüllung aller Anforderungen
• Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Moderation von Abstimmung und Transparenz
• Kontinuierliche Analyse des Projektfortschritts und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen

Your tasks as a Senior Project Manager

• Take on overall responsibility: From planning to successful acceptance, you will manage technically demanding projects in the field of media technology and video conferencing systems holistically – with a clear focus on time, quality and budget.
• Structure complex projects: You keep an eye on project scope, milestones, resources and costs at all times and ensure transparency in all project phases.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams: Planners, technicians and external partners are coordinated and purposefully managed by you - binding, solution-oriented and with clear quality standards.
• Assured quality on site: At defined milestones, you will be present at the customer's site, carry out site surveys and construction inspections and evaluate technical and structural conditions.
• Control the implementation: You will coordinate and control the on-time execution of all work – in a structured, forward-looking manner and with a high standard of precision.
• Accompany the acceptance: Together with the customer, you will carry out the final acceptance and ensure that all requirements are fully met.
• Act as a central interface: As the main contact person for customers, you create clarity, moderate coordination and keep all stakeholders informed.
• Continuously optimize: You analyze project progress in a structured way, identify potential for improvement and prepare results in professional reports.

Your profile – what sets you apart

• Technical foundation: A background in AV media technology, electrical engineering, event technology, IT, building services, construction or a comparable technical environment forms the basis of your expertise.
• Experience in complex projects: Several years of project management experience in technically demanding environments – including the management of complex project structures.
• Holistic understanding: You will quickly recognize technical relationships and interfaces and coordinate them confidently between all parties involved.
• Leadership & Sovereignty: When dealing with customers, partners and internal teams, you will be professional, committed and solution-oriented.
• Structure & personal responsibility: A clear, methodical way of working as well as high standards of quality and results characterise your style.
• Communication & Language: Very good knowledge of German and good English skills will enable you to exchange ideas confidently – both nationally and internationally.
• Innovative spirit: You are enthusiastic about new technologies, digital collaboration environments and audiovisual systems – you will explore complex solutions quickly and with curiosity.
• Courage and creative drive: Breaking new ground and taking on responsibility is a matter of course for you.
• Close to the customer: Willingness to travel to the customer for decisive project phases.
