In detail, your responsibilities include:

1. Advising our clients on the technical and business implementation of process automation solutions with a focus on Intelligent Automation (IA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
2. Leading client projects and workshops focused on intelligent automation deployment, sustainable process optimization, automation governance, and operations.
3. Identifying new automation potentials and evaluating the associated added value for our clients.
4. Covering the entire automation value chain — analyzing (PDD), optimizing, designing (SDD), technical development (TDD), monitoring, and operations.
5. Developing and establishing best practices (e.g., coding, reusability of artifacts, testing).
6. Actively participating in business development activities and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Business Sciences, Data Science, or comparable fields with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking with a good cross-industry understanding of business processes and workflows of our clients.
• Experience and preferably certification with leading automation tools such as UiPath, BluePrism, AA, or Power Automate.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, eager to act as a pioneer.
