Job Overview

Your Tasks

• Developing core equity products similar to our Global Benchmark Series with a focus on the strategic index offering
• Developing custom index strategies in cooperation with our reputable global client base
• Calculating historical performance simulations (backtesting) for new investment strategies
• Supporting clients and internal stakeholders with technical and professional expertise in benchmark strategies
• Drafting index guidelines and supporting documents/analysis
• Coordinating internal processes with our operations, sales, and marketing teams for a successful launch

Your Profile

• Academic degree in Economics (quantitative), Finance, Business Engineering, or comparable programs
• Affinity for capital markets
• High proficiency level in Microsoft Excel and Python is essential
• 3-6 years of practical experience in the index business or a comparable field
• Experience with data vendor terminals is a plus (e.g. FactSet, Reuters, or Bloomberg)
• Highly motivated to work independently and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Focused on top-quality service
• Self-confidence and team spirit
• Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills
