We are currently working with a leading international Real Estate Investment Fund to hire a Senior Associate for their Logistics Asset Management Team in Frankfurt. The role will focus on operational asset management of a German industrial property portfolio, as well as support in the analysis of new investments.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct active asset management across the logistics portfolio
• Support the Investment Team in underwriting new investment opportunities
• Prepare annual business plans and quarterly / annual investor reporting
• Present to Board and Investment Committee

Requirements :

• Currently sitting at the Associate / Senior Associate level within the asset management team of a real estate fund, or real estate transaction services team at an advisory firm
• Extensive experience in asset management, particularly across the logistics / industrial property sectors
• Strong financial analysis skills, including experience in financial modelling and valuations
• Strong knowledge of the English and German languages
