Job summary

DataGuard is seeking a Senior Associate Information Security Consultant to join our global team. You will manage customer relationships across the full lifecycle of our InfoSec-SaaS product and act as a trusted advisor on information security.

You will guide customers through audits and certifications (ISO 27001, TISAX) and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks, accelerating analysis and preparation while delivering high-value interactions with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in information security, IT security, GRC, compliance or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, TISAX® or NIST.
• Technically curious and excited about AI, automation and smarter problem solving.
• Enjoys working directly with customers and translating complex requirements into pragmatic solutions.
• Willing to take ownership, work independently and improve existing processes.

• Own and develop customer relationships across the full lifecycle of our InfoSec-SaaS product.
• Advise customers on complex security challenges and build pragmatic, scalable ISMS solutions.
• Guide customers through audits and certifications such as ISO 27001 and TISAX®.
• Experiment with AI-powered ways of working and shape how AI is used in security consulting.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities with Sales and Customer Success.
• Contribute insights to improve the InfoSec product, tooling and consulting approach.
