Responsibilities

1. Set up packages, UI forms, workflows, processes, jobs, and notifications.
2. Maintain IDM roles, privileges, business roles, and users.
3. Customize connectivity with SF, SAP (cloud and on-premise), AD, and non-SAP systems for data provisioning from IDM.
4. Create mass operation jobs, custom connectors, and REST API calls.
5. Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues with stuck workflows, approvals, provisioning queues, and jobs.
6. Maintain scripts.
7. Understand access to Eclipse, NW Admin, databases, and UI.
