Would you like to not only support banking operations but also actively help to develop them further? In this role, you will be part of the First Line of Defence and will support our Corporate Clients and Treasury divisions in all relevant KYC and client-related processes. You will combine day-to-day operational work with varied project work and play a part in the ongoing development and digitalisation of our processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing account openings, including identification, verification, KYC checks and account creation in the core banking system
• Obtaining and verifying KYC documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal, regulatory and compliance-related requirements
• Providing support to existing national and international customers, and handling written and telephone correspondence with customers and the bank
• Processing account terminations and closures, as well as providing support relating to online banking, current accounts and fixed-term deposit accounts
• Carrying out cross-departmental quality assurance and data cleansing measures, e.g. checking customer documents, data sets and system data
• Collaborating on cross-departmental projects, particularly those relating to the digitalisation, further development and optimisation of internal processes

YOUR PROFILE:

• Professional experience in the banking sector, ideally in corporate banking; experience in retail banking is also welcome
• An understanding of banking processes and customer needs, as well as an interest in working with corporate clients
• A strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility, as well as a meticulous and independent approach to work
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, with a willingness to think beyond one’s own remit
• An enthusiasm for project work and process optimisation, in addition to day-to-day operational tasks
• Very good command of German and English, particularly for working within an international team
