Your responsibilities

1. Conduct analysis of Uniper's asset portfolio and potential new business options, integrating technical, commercial, and regulatory factors in assessments.
2. Provide effective asset steering by deriving an Asset Portfolio Roadmap aligned with Uniper's strategy, supporting portfolio transformation.
3. Translate core market beliefs into concrete portfolio development ideas (e.g., business cases, hunting schemes).
4. Help articulate strategic guardrails for major business and project development cases.
5. Collaborate with sites and various business functions, including Strategy & Corporate Development, Business Controlling, Energy Assets, and CCO Strategic Development.
6. Align assumptions and present results across reporting lines.

Your profile

1. Excellent university degree in engineering, economics, or natural sciences.
2. Strong analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial thinking with an inquisitive mindset.
3. Solid understanding of European energy markets (DE, UK, NL) and transformation drivers, especially regulatory frameworks.
4. Proven experience in project management and stakeholder engagement.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
