You will mentor junior creatives, review work in English and German, and help drive an agile, future-facing creative team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant art-direction experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, visual craft and integrated campaign work for global clients.
• Experience leading photography and live-action shoots.
• Excellent understanding of photography, composition, lighting, typography and visual storytelling.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, 3D or generative AI tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform calmly under pressure.

The opportunity

Iris Germany is looking for a modern Senior Art Director who can combine strong conceptual thinking with hands‑on execution.

You will develop ideas, shape visual worlds, present confidently to global clients and guide projects from the initial brief through production to final delivery. This role requires someone equally comfortable creating an integrated campaign, building a storyboard, leading a shoot, reviewing an edit or working directly in Adobe Creative Cloud.

You should also be curious about AI and understand how it can work alongside photography, film, design, motion, 3D and traditional production—not replace them.
