In this field account management role, we’ll be looking for you to maximize opportunities for the generation of profitable revenue by managing business development activities with our existing agents in your territory.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of three direct reports
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts (agents) within your territory and increase sales from these agents.
  • Monitor performance, suggest, and implement initiatives to drive sales.
  • Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory
  • Make regular visits to high-performing and high-potential locations, identify and address issues within the current network.
  • Be accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue of the assigned territory.
  • Work with colleagues in Sales, Operations, Credit Risk Management, Inside Sales, and Marketing to ensure the best service to your territory.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous relevant experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in a field-based account management role.
  • Ability to present and listen to your agents and build trust and confidence with them.
  • Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment, dealing with ambiguity, making quick decisions, and managing tight timelines.
  • Fluency in German and a good level of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license.
