Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a dynamic team based in Newcastle. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in the Residential and Education sectors while managing your own schemes across all RIBA stages.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years of industry experience and offers a salary range of £45,000-£55,000 with a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working options and private healthcare.

You will work across a diverse portfolio of projects, primarily within the Residential and Education sectors, taking technical lead on schemes across all RIBA stages. You’ll be trusted to manage and deliver your own projects while working alongside a highly collaborative and experienced team with a strong balance of senior and junior staff.

Ideally you will need at least 8 years industry experience and be capable of job running your own projects.

The salary is paying in the region of £45,000-£55,000 plus a company package that includes:
