Zusammenfassung

The Abbey is seeking a Senior or Associate Landscape Architect to join a multidisciplinary, employee-owned consultancy delivering planning, urban design and landscape projects across the UK.

You will take a lead role in project delivery across all design stages, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; hybrid working (2 days WFH after probation) with a salary between £39k and £45k, based in Cardiff or Bristol.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years experience in a landscape consultancy.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or working toward).
• Strong technical knowledge and confident design ability.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.

Job DescriptionWe're working with a multidisciplinary, employee-owned consultancy to recruit a Senior or Associate Landscape Architect. You'll join a collaborative team working across planning, urban design and landscape architecture on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK. This is a fast-paced studio environment suited to professionals with strong design and delivery experience, ideally in the UK private sector. The team is looking for someone who combines creativity with efficiency and is ready to take on more responsibility as part of a growing business.

About the role

You'll take a lead role in project delivery, contributing across all design stages and mentoring junior staff. The studio's work covers:

• Residential and mixed-use masterplanning.
• Public realm and streetscape.
• Active travel and green infrastructure.
• Education, care and community settings.
• SuDS and sustainable placemaking.

Experience on UK-based projects

• 6+ years experience in a landscape consultancy.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (or working toward).
• Strong technical knowledge and confident design ability.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks (or willingness to learn) and Adobe Suite.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors.
• A team-focused, proactive and adaptable attitude.
