Zusammenfassung

ROA Talent is seeking an Architect/Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design teams and coordinate technically complex projects from post-concept design through to construction delivery. You will take ownership of the architectural and design coordination process and work with consultants, authorities and internal project teams to keep design aligned with programme and buildability.

Ideal candidates will have experience in BIM, Revit, clash coordination, design reviews and change control,

ROA Talent is supporting a leading technical engineering and construction partner delivering complex design & build projects across Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Advanced Manufacturing

We’re looking to speak with experienced Architects / Design Managers who are confident leading multi-disciplinary design teams and coordinating technically complex projects from post-concept design through to construction delivery.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of the architectural and design coordination process, working closely with consultants, specialist planners, authorities and internal project teams to keep design aligned with programme, buildability and project requirements.

You’ll ideally bring experience across:

• Multi-disciplinary Design Management
• BIM, Revit & Clash Coordination
• Design Reviews, RFIs & Change Control
• Regulatory & Authority Coordination
• Design Programming & Resource Planning

You’ll also play a key role in leading design workshops, resolving coordination issues and supporting junior team members across the wider design function.
