Qualifikationen

• Several years of professional experience as a construction drafter and in service phases 3-6 of the HOAI.
• Knowledge of AVA (e.g., Buildup) is desirable.

• Creating digital plan drawings for draft designs, building applications, and implementation plans
• Measuring buildings and creating digital representations
• Creating and contributing to service specifications and checking construction invoices
• Communicating with the technical planning team
• Controlling and monitoring implementation and schedule plans on the construction site
• Sending plans and documenting plans

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a construction drafter or construction technician
• Several years of professional experience as a construction drafter and in service phases 3-6 of the HOAI
• Knowledge of ArchiCAD / AutoCAD / Revit
• AVA knowledge (e.g., Buildup) is desirable
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility, and independent work as well as social awareness
