Senior Application Specialist – O9 (f / m / d)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What awaits you :

• Implementing O9 advanced planning solutions and serving as the interface between Supply Chain, internal, and external IT teams.
• Expertise in O9 solution configuration and customization, advising customers on standard features and possibilities.
• Designing and developing reports and tenant features to support business teams in master planning across the Supply Chain.
• Understanding data flow and process landscape, including SSIS integration, and identifying data issues.
• Applying industry best practices, business processes, and O9 solutions and architecture knowledge.
• Identifying design flaws and coordinating with O9 solutions to resolve issues promptly.
• Managing change requests and application enhancements.
• Creating and executing workflow and data analytics test cases.
• Tracking bugs/issues and supporting resolution using support tools.
• Supporting user training and change management initiatives.

How you convince us :

• Having a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of computer programming and Supply Chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with o9 applications; knowledge of Quintiq or Blue Yonder is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Python and IBPL.
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL), SQL language, and MS Office.
• Statistical, optimization, and simulation skills using tools like R, JavaScript, or Python are advantageous.
• Project management experience.
• Business fluency in German and English.
