Zusammenfassung

Roche seeks an experienced Senior Application Specialist to provide applicative support for sequencing products, ensuring high system availability and quality for international customers. You will handle inquiries, contribute to NGS workflow improvements, and deliver trainings across Europe.

The role requires a biology background with at least 3 years in NGS environments, plus willingness to travel regionally. Fluency in English is expected; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• You hold a biology degree and possibly a PhD.
• At least 3 years of experience in a research or service setting with NGS technologies.
• Experience establishing NGS workflows on liquid handling systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel to other European countries, sometimes on short notice.

Aufgaben

• Provide applicative support for Roche Diagnostics sequencing products to ensure system availability and result quality for national and international customers.
• Inform customers about current development results and resulting product changes.
• Work in the NGS field to solve issues and advise customers.
• Handle phone and written inquiries from customers and Roche staff across EMEA.
• Record and address complaints together with country organizations and global units.
• Conduct customer and staff trainings at the Customer Support Center and with customers.
• Support country organizations on-site when solving problems.
• Monitor service processes and overall product/system quality.

Das Regionale Customer Support Center ist verantwortlich für den technischen und anwendungsbezogenen Kundenservice speziell für Analysensysteme und Reagenzien aus dem Roche-Produktportfolio. Als Senior Application Specialist (m/w/d) bist Du direkter Ansprechpartner für anwendungsbezogene Anfragen unserer Außendienstmitarbeiter und unserer Kunden in Krankenhäusern, Forschungs- und Privatlaboren.

Aufgaben:

• Du bist verantwortlich für den Applikativen Support der Roche Diagnostics Sequencing Produkte mit dem Ziel, die Verfügbarkeit der Systeme und die Qualität der Ergebnisse für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden sicherzustellen.
• Du informierst Kunden über aktuelle Entwicklungsergebnisse und daraus abgeleitete Produktänderungen.
• Du arbeitest im Bereich Next Generation Sequencing, um Probleme zu lösen und unsere Kunden zu beraten.
• Du bearbeitest telefonische und schriftliche Anfragen von Kunden und Roche-Mitarbeitern in den EMEA-Ländern.
• In Zusammenarbeit mit den Länderorganisationen und globalen Einheiten erfasst und bearbeitest Du Reklamationen.
• Du führst sowohl Kunden- als auch Mitarbeiterschulungen im Customer Support Center und bei Kunden durch.
• Bei der Lösung von Problemen unterstützt Du auch unsere Länderorganisationen vor Ort.
• Du überwachst unsere Serviceprozesse und die allgemeine Produkt-/Systemqualität.

Wer Du bist:

• Du hast ein Studium der Biologie erfolgreich abgeschlossen und idealerweise mit einer Promotion fortgesetzt.
• Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Forschungs- oder Dienstleistungseinrichtung, in der du vertiefte Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der Next Generation Sequencing Technologien erworben hast.
• Erfahrung in der Etablierung von NGS-Workflows auf verschiedenen Liquid-Handling-Systemen ist von Vorteil.
• Du bist motiviert, - auch kurzfristig - in andere europäische Länder zu reisen.
• Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse des IVD-Marktes sowie über einen fundierten wissenschaftlichen Hintergrund in den Bereichen Genomik und Onkologie sowie im Produkt- und Marktumfeld.
• Du kannst Probleme schnell analysieren und eine adäquate Lösung präsentieren.
• Du hast bereits in Projekten gearbeitet und verfügst über Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
• Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit in einem interkulturellen Team und bist ein kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kollegen.
• Du sprichst fließend Englisch; Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
