Proven experience as a software developer in the security field (SaaS, mobile applications, or embedded environments).

Dedicated experience in Application Security, preferably on SaaS and embedded product environments.

Expertise in conducting secure architecture reviews and integrating security best practices.

Essential knowledge of security standards such as OWASP and ISO 27001.

Security certifications such as OSCP, OSEW, eWPTx are a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure robust security of our SaaS products as a (Senior) Application Security Engineer at Cinemo GmbH. Collaborate closely with Engineering and DevOps teams in Budapest and Germany to identify and mitigate security issues. Assist in integrating security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to foster a shift-left security culture.
2. Perform threat modeling and risk assessments for our products.
3. Conduct penetration testing of our products.
4. Implement and utilize security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA effectively.
5. Promote secure coding practices and conduct secure code reviews.
6. Ensure compliance with security standards like OWASP.
