Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Application Manager in Munich to develop and implement Go-to-market strategies for solid state circuit breakers. You will work closely with regional marketing teams and create essential materials to showcase the benefits of Infineon products.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering, a minimum of 6 years of experience in high-power systems, and strong knowledge of SiC/GaN/IGBT/MOSFET components. Fluency in English is required, and German is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over responsibility to develop Go-to-market activities for the solid state circuit breaker application
• Create a G2M strategy by working with our regional marketing teams. This G2M strategy explains how we can win with Infineon products
• Be responsible to drive the creation of Go-to-market (G2M) materials such as an application presentation, product recommendations and fighting guides together with our systems team based on your G2M strategy
• Promote as many different Infineon products as possible into those applications and explain to the customer how they can benefit from an Infineon solution

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar, MBA is a plus
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in solid state circuit breakers high‑power systems
• Power Device Knowledge – Deep understanding of SiC/GaN/IGBT/MOSFET components
• DC Grid & Power Distribution – Understanding of DC microgrid architecture
• Thermal & Reliability Awareness – Ability to discuss power losses, junction temperature limits, derating, and device reliability without necessarily doing the calculations
• Application & Market Knowledge – Familiarity with key SSCB end markets
• Willingness to travel regularly, since you will also spend time at the customer, although your main role is driving and supporting our staff in the field; Excellent English; German would be a plus
