How you will create an impact :

  • Plan, develop, implement, and operate Microsoft M365 tools (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, recommend enhancements, and promote best practices.
  • Align Microsoft services with business goals through strategic planning, staying updated on industry trends.
  • Define operational agreements within IT and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee configuration and maintenance in collaboration with our MS operations team.
  • Provide technical support, resolve issues, and ensure service levels are met.
  • Coordinate with software vendors for support and updates.
  • Support knowledge management and digital collaboration initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver end-user training, create documentation, and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Handle incident resolution and root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures.

About you :

  • Apprenticeship as an IT specialist or a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related fields.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in Microsoft application management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience developing and customizing within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise solutions and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of integration and automation scenarios, including API management.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Focus on user satisfaction, understanding needs, and meeting application expectations.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English for international communication.
