Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years of experience with Dynamics NAV (2009–2017) implementation and support.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting and ERP systems.

Your Strength

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
• 5–7 years of experience with Dynamics NAV (2009–2017) implementation, support, administration, and business analysis
• Strong C/AL programming skills
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and reporting
• Proven project management and team leadership experience
• Solid understanding of accounting and ERP systems
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  
  

Your Contribution

• Lead the ERP roadmap for NAV and Business Central platforms, ensuring alignment with global business objectives
• Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, change control, and compliance with SOX and QMS
• Manage ERP projects from planning through go-live and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize ERP functionality and end-to-end process integrity
• Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, and enforce best practices in governance
• Act as the main liaison between IT and business units, translating business requirements into scalable solutions
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and project outcomes
• Lead a high-performing ERP team, promoting continuous improvement and high service delivery
