In our Payroll Management product team, you will join about 18 colleagues and report to the Head of HR DT Payroll Services. The department is responsible for providing stable and state-of-the-art solutions to run payroll for major E.ON countries including Germany, UK, Sweden, and Romania. As a Senior Application Engineer SAP HCM Time Management (f/m/d), you will be responsible for implementing and further developing our HCM system to provide the best user experience for our internal E.ON customers.

Activities

  • Consult, implement, test, and document technical requirements in SAP HCM Time Management (mainly Germany, Sweden, UK, and Romania) and technical interfaces in a BizDevOps setup, in close collaboration with the international team.
  • Ensure stable integration with third-party systems (e.g., time terminals, access management).
  • Analyze, support, and implement technical changes in projects such as company foundations, carve-outs, or new collective agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues across the HCM landscape, focusing on long-term stability and performance.
  • Contribute to digitalization and AI-driven projects, bringing technical innovation to life.
  • Actively participate in generating ideas and innovations, as well as handling problem and incident management.

In our Payroll Management product team, you will join about 18 colleagues located across Germany and other countries. The department provides stable, state-of-the-art solutions to run payroll for major E.ON countries including Germany, UK, Sweden, and Romania.
