For our Digital - Business Solutions department, we are looking for a Senior Application Analyst H2R (f / m / d).

This position is located in Heidelberg and reports to the Head of Application Management Corporate.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

• Support SAP roll-out projects worldwide
• Support the creation and development of group-wide process templates
• Customize processes and interfaces; conduct related test scenarios
• Ensure quality assurance, monitor, and improve implemented processes
• Design and conduct training programs
• Provide regular support to end-users

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum three years of professional business and technical experience within the SAP HCM area with an international background
• Very good understanding of payroll and related processes; knowledge of German Payroll is an advantage
• Knowledge of HR integration with other SAP modules, especially FI and CO
• Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
• Excellent English language skills; German skills are a plus
• Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out projects worldwide and support end-users regularly
• Ability to work in an international team with a focus on service orientation
