MindDoc Health GmbH is seeking a Senior Android Engineer (m/f/d) to join our Berlin/Munich hybrid team. You will craft stellar user experiences with Kotlin, Coroutines, Hilt/Dagger, Gradle, and Retrofit in an agile, cross‑functional setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Android development experience with Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Coroutines (Flow/SharedFlow), Hilt/Dagger, Gradle (Kotlin DSL), and Retrofit.
• Familiarity with MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Reactive Programming.
• Experience with unit and E2E/UI tests.
• Knowledge of Fastlane, Danger, and custom Gradle Plugins for CI/CD.
• Appreciation for UX and robust software architecture.
• Excellent communication; capable of working in a team.
• Fluent in English; German a plus.

Writing high quality code, performing code reviews and having technical discussions is your daily work.

• Have 5+ years of experience developing Android applications using Kotlin.
• We will strongly value your knowledge of Coroutines (Flow/SharedFlow), Hilt/Dagger, Gradle (Kotlin DSL), and Retrofit.
• Know and understand the most common mobile architecture patterns: MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Reactive Programming.
• Have experience in development with unit and E2E/UI tests - we work extensively with test frameworks to ensure the maximum quality and to be able to deliver at any time.
• Have good knowledge of development workflow automation (Fastlane, Danger, Custom Gradle Plugins) – Continuous Delivery is truly in our DNA.
• Have an appreciation for great user experience as much as for awesome tech architecture.
• Are great at communicating with people, motivating everyone, and getting the whole team on the same page.
• Are comfortable to work with Git and Pull Requests.
• Already worked in an agile environment.
• iOS and Swift knowledge is a big plus.
• Are fluency in English, German is a plus.
