Sit SteuerungsTechnik GmbH in Ettlingen sucht eine/n Softwareentwickler/in (all genders) in Vollzeit zur Weiterentwicklung unserer In-house-Softwarelösungen mit C# und WPF. Sie übersetzen Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen in praktikable Lösungen und integrieren Systeme wie SharePoint in unser ERP-Umfeld.
Sie arbeiten an der Optimierung bestehender Funktionen, dokumentieren Ihre Ergebnisse und unterstützen Anwender durch Training und Support. Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse sind willkommen.
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung.
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in .NET, C#, WPF, MS SQL und T-SQL.
- Erfahrung in SharePoint-Entwicklung und ERP-Schnittstellen wünschenswert.
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Responsabilités
- Weiterentwicklung unserer In-house-Softwarelösungen mit C# und WPF.
- Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen in praktikable Lösungen übersetzen.

You will continue to develop our in-house software solutions using C# and WPF.
You will translate requirements from the business departments into practical new solutions.
You will develop applications and solutions within the context of our ERP system and ensure integration and data exchange with SharePoint and other systems.
You will continuously refine our existing SharePoint applications, optimise existing functions and independently implement new requirements from the business departments.
You will document your solutions in a clear and comprehensible manner and support users through training and expert support.
You will keep abreast of the latest developments in software development and AI and introduce interesting opportunities for practical application within our company.
A completed qualification in the IT sector with several years’ professional experience or a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Excellent knowledge of .NET, C#, WPF, MS SQL and T-SQL as well as an interest in continuously deepening your knowledge of these technologies and learning about new ones
Ideally, experience in SharePoint development and in working with ERP systems and interfaces
An analytical and structured approach to work as well as the ability to take requirements from business departments and translate them into technical solutions
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team as well as a passion for advising, supporting and training our users
Independence, attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Good command of German and English
- A structured onboarding process, personalised mentoring and professional dialogue with colleagues will ensure you to get off to a good and clear start
- For this position - depending on your qualifications and experience - a gross monthly salary of € 4,000 to € 5,400 (full-time) is planned
