In this role you collaborate with country teams to translate local needs into a global development roadmap, delivering measurable improvements in product availability and working capital through data-based recommendations.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

• You shape the data-driven advancement of our international supply chain processes, with a focus on Forecast & Replenishment, and drive their continuous optimization.
• As part of our international Supply Chain team, you strategically develop our Forecast & Replenishment setup further and drive innovative analytics and AI solutions.
• You act as the central RELEX expert for international RELEX users and Supply Chain teams, fostering knowledge exchange, establishing best practices, and driving the harmonization of our processes.
• You work closely with our country organizations, identify optimization potential, and translate local requirements into a global prioritization and development roadmap. Through data-based recommendations and targeted knowledge transfer, you strengthen the teams' self-sufficiency.
• As a driver of Analytics Excellence, you analyze complex challenges across the entire supply chain, identify root causes, and develop data-based recommendations with measurable impact on product availability, inventory, and working capital.
• You take on an active role in international transformation projects, such as RELEX roll-outs, warehouse openings, and the implementation of new supply chain processes.

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Experience in demand management and/or purchasing/supply chain, or a related but highly analytical field
• Enthusiasm for retail, e-commerce, international collaboration, and perhaps even beauty products
• Understanding of the rules and methods for forecast calculation
• Experience with advanced root-cause analyses to best connect business needs with a data-driven way of working
• Initial experience with RELEX or a related Forecast & Replenishment tool
• Strong affinity for numbers and precision, along with real enthusiasm for analytics
• Very good Excel skills; knowledge of Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau, etc. is an advantage
• Fluent English & German; additional languages are an advantage
