The firm is expanding its Frankfurt investment team and is seeking a Senior Analyst to contribute to deal execution, portfolio management, and origination support. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle in a highly active, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal analysis and execution : build detailed financial models, perform credit analysis, and support structuring of financing solutions
• Due diligence : coordinate financial, legal, and commercial reviews, including management of external advisors
• Portfolio monitoring : prepare reporting, track company performance, and support risk management initiatives
• Market insights : research industry and regional trends across DACH mid-market sectors to identify investment opportunities
• Origination support : assist senior team members in evaluating new transactions and developing relationships with market participants
