Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed team member to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) department in our Munich, Germany office.

Insulet International supports the rapid development of our commercial activities outside of the United States. We expect to continue our exceptional growth trajectory in 2023, with exciting initiatives such as new product launch, Go-to-Market strategy ramp-up and new ERP implementation.

Part of Finance, International FP&A team manages the budgeting, forecasting and analytical processes for 23 countries across Europe, Middle East (EMEA), Canada and Australia.

We are a team of five based across London, Paris and Dubai. Our mission is to support our stakeholders set, achieve, and measure performance against operational and financial ambitions, bringing them a robust financial expertise combined with an active business partnering mindset.

As the Sr. FP&A Analyst, GSA, you will be responsible for ensuring monthly performance and day-to-day business support for our GSA (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) and other functions in our organizations, supporting, revenues, Operating Expenses and Headcount.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager, FP&A supporting our VP for GSA and UK/Benelux, you will play an important role in supporting our Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets in driving performance, and help to size and allocate investments across different initiatives. You will also help incentivize Field Force performance through commissions calculations. You will importantly ensure reporting and monitoring.

In this role, you will work closely with GSA Regional head and team. You will act as a connecting link between the International Headquarters and Global Corporate Finance and the business teams.

You will be part of our growth journey by maintaining and continuously adapting our reports and processes to business needs, as well as to organizational and systems evolutions, including the implementation of a new ERP and Planning tool.

Your main responsibilities will consist in, while not being limited to:

• Revenues Forecast and AnalysisGermany, Switzerland, Austria revenues forecast and analysis and Latest EstimateEnhanced reporting and analysis for our direct sales channelPricing and Commercial conditions forecast and monitoring in collaboration with Head of Market Access
• OpEx Forecast and AnalysisOpEx Forecast and analysis for GSA and selected International departmentsResources sizing and monitoring for Go-to-Market strategyPO approvals and accrualsMaintain selected departments expenses trackersQuarterly Commissions coordination and planning and calculations
• OthersStrat Plan Revenues and Resources supportInvestments and Business CasesBackfill of other team members as needed
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or another relevant field
• Demonstrable working experience, preferably FP&A in Public company
• Previous experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
• Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work with different IT systems
• Knowledge of Financial planning tools (e.g. Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAC)
• Prior use of ERP (e.g. SAP S4/HANA)
• Fluent in English and German
• Strong analytical skills
• Team-oriented and solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Open-minded and solution-seeking
• Experience with new Financial systems implementation is a plus
