In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and analyzing data from our MES and ERP system to support and improve our supply chain processes at our production sites in Europe. You will identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the elimination of disruptive factors within the supply chain or manufacturing process. You will work closely with Logistics and Finance as well as Quality and Manufacturing.

  • Monitor inventory integrity for EU production plants, utilizing data from our MES and ERP systems to help validate daily performance.
  • Provide root cause analysis for incorrect data or manufacturing issues (like production quantity issues, scrap issues, inventory discrepancies). Implement and support recovery plans in collaboration with plants.
  • Responsible for support in performing the API process. Review of API readiness with plants and support plants with technical knowledge
  • Responsible for monitoring adherence to Global SCM Data Integrity corporate policies / procedures / practices to improve overall performance in all SCM Data Integrity areas.
  • Responsible for creating new and develop current tools supporting plants in data integrity area.
  • Responsible for the preparation and distribution of regular operational reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Monitor and review inventory values of our plants, review PFEP accuracy and opportunities and raise issues to SCM at plants
  • Perform internal audit in data integrity system for european plants and support plants with best practice.
  • Develop and conduct Plex and Oracle trainings for SCM teams at our plants.
  • Support and collaborate within SCM and other functions, such as Logistics and Finance, to establish and maintain documented standards.

Required Skills and Education

  • Master´s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SCM Data Analytics or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing SCM data integrity strategies
  • Proven experience in data analysis (SCM and Finance)
  • Being a key user of at least one ERP system, knowledge in PLEX and Oracle welcome
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work cross-functional and in international teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analytic tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of SCM processes and best practices, preferable in a manufacturing environment
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • Willingness to business travel
