Indra is the central program driving the safe scaling and introduction of AI at DB. Its focus includes identifying AI potential across banking operations, driving funded use cases into production to create value, developing an AI Workbench for developers, and introducing AI controls to maintain time to market.

Your key responsibilities

1. Provide hands-on technical support for a suite of AI applications and platforms within Deutsche Bank.
2. Develop technical expertise on supported applications, including understanding business flows, application architecture, and hardware configuration.
3. Resolve service requests from end users and escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support.
4. Conduct real-time monitoring to ensure application SLAs are met.
5. Assist in approving new releases and configuration changes, keep stakeholders informed, and support release tasks.

Your skills and experiences

1. Experience providing hands-on IT support and interacting with application end users.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent work experience.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and executives.
5. Experience with UNIX, Linux, and Wintel operating systems from the command line.
6. Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud.
