Tasks

• Act as the primary coordinator between our clients and our development team, focusing on Generative AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development plans for Generative AI applications.
• Develop the future vision & strategy of our product landscape.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities for applying Generative AI in their businesses.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure project goals are met, with a special emphasis on innovation in the Generative AI space.

Requirements

• Exceptional grades in undergraduate or graduate studies, demonstrating a consistent track record of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex software, data analytics, or strategy consulting projects.
• Proven track record in top management consulting or high-demand startup environments (as a plus).
• Strong technical understanding of software products; ability to create basic prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business and technical requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills; attentive to both detail and broader business context.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and a collaborative approach to project management.
• Enthusiasm for AI topics and developments; eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methods.
• Fluent in German and English, with outstanding communication skills, especially in customer interactions.
