Key Responsibilities:

1. Create high-performing video ads for various digital platforms with a focus on user acquisition and engagement.
2. Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion-optimized.
3. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives.
4. Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance creative output.
5. Maintain high standards of visual storytelling, adapting to feedback and performance data.
6. Optimize videos for different formats and channel-specific best practices.
7. Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content space.
8. Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of paid marketing ads.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of NSFW/Adult content advertising, including pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced creatives.
• Familiarity with KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, and ability to optimize based on performance data.
