• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling and adapt to feedback and performance data.
• Optimize videos for various formats and channel-specific practices.
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content space to bring innovative ideas.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of paid marketing ads.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
