Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-performing video ads for various digital platforms (Socials, Adult sites), focusing on user acquisition and engagement
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion-optimized
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals
• Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance creative output
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling while adapting to feedback and performance data
• Optimize videos for different formats and channel-specific best practices
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content space to bring innovative ideas
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-driven creative
• Experience using AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong knowledge of NSFW/Adult content advertising trends
• Familiarity with KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS, and ability to optimize creative based on data
