Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-performing video ads for various digital platforms, focusing on user acquisition and engagement.
• Lead the editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion-optimized.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance output and speed up production.
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling, adapting to feedback and performance data.
• Optimize videos for different formats, ratios, and channels.
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult/adult-adjacent content to bring fresh ideas.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of paid marketing ads.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design.
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of NSFW/Adult content advertising, including pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced creative.
• Understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, with ability to optimize based on data.
