Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-performing video ads tailored for various digital platforms (Socials, Adult sites) focusing on user acquisition and engagement
• Lead the editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging, emotionally compelling, and optimized for conversions
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance creative output and speed up production
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling while adapting to feedback and performance data
• Optimize videos for various formats, ratios, and channel-specific requirements
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content to bring innovative ideas
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines while exploring creative boundaries

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a portfolio of paid marketing ads
• Strong storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design skills
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of NSFW/Adult advertising trends, including pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced creative
• Understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, with ability to optimize based on data
