• Create high-performing video ads for various digital platforms, focusing on user acquisition and engagement
• Lead editing and post-production of marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging and conversion-optimized
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards based on performance data
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and other generative video technologies to enhance output
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling and adapt to feedback and performance metrics
• Optimize videos for different formats and channel-specific requirements
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content space
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of video editing experience with a strong portfolio in paid marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Knowledge of NSFW/Adult advertising trends, especially pre-roll, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced creatives
