• Lead the editing and post-production process for marketing videos, ensuring they are visually engaging, emotionally compelling, and conversion-optimized.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals.
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc., to enhance creative output and speed up production.
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling, adapting to feedback and performance data.
• Optimize videos for various formats, ratios, and channels.
• Stay updated on trends in short-form advertising and adult content space to bring innovative ideas.
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of paid marketing ads.
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion, and sound design in performance-driven creative.
• Experience with generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Pika, etc.
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of NSFW/Adult content advertising trends, especially pre-roll ads, TikTok-style edits, and fast-paced creative.
