Senior AI Expert & Developer

You will have a main role in bringing our product to the next level. You can join our team in our Munich headquarters to create a solution that solves a real problem and makes people genuinely happy. We are looking forward to meeting you.

Tasks

1. You will be the first member of a team that will build an AI Engine for Property Management.
2. The AI Engine will ultimately fulfill the tasks of a Virtual Accountant for Property Management.
3. Design and implement AI / ML solutions to automate key workflows within our ERP platform (e.g., transaction categorization, anomaly detection, document processing) using cutting-edge technologies and high success rates.
4. Lead the development of our AI assistant to assist users in daily accounting and property management tasks (e.g., answering financial queries, suggesting actions, auto-filling data).
5. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to identify automation opportunities across the system.
6. Integrate AI models into our production environment with scalability and reliability in mind.
7. Continuously evaluate and improve AI performance using real-world data and feedback loops.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
2. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI / ML solutions in production environments.
3. Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks.
4. Hands-on experience with modern AI / ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar).
5. Ability to work autonomously and in cross-functional teams.
6. Startup mindset: proactive, flexible, and eager to shape the AI strategy in a fast-growing company.
7. Preferably with a focus on recognition tasks in accounting.
8. Proven expertise and passion in building well-structured solutions.
9. Experience leading technical direction by example.
10. High quality standards and effective use of testing practices.
11. Proven impact on product with complex workflows and translating them into functioning software.
12. Fluent in German and English, either as native or professional proficiency, with willingness to work in an international team.
